About the Role

We're looking for a senior talent acquisition professional with strong IT services hiring experience who can independently own mandates, deliver quality talent at pace, and contribute beyond execution. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with personal hiring targets, alongside responsibilities for mentoring junior team members and contributing to TA program management and process improvement. Stakeholder partnership and strategic hiring are central to how this role is measured.

Location: Mahadevapura, Bengaluru (on-site role) | Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an in-person interview at our Bengaluru office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Delivery Heads, Practice Leaders, and Business Leaders as a trusted talent advisor — managing expectations, sharing market insights, and driving alignment on hiring.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for niche technology and domain roles: Data Engineering/Science, Backend/Full Stack, Cloud/DevOps, and Financial Services technology (Capital Markets, Payments, Mortgage, Alternative Investments).
  • Build and maintain passive talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Provide market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring feasibility.
  • Track hiring metrics — pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer-to-join conversion — and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in talent acquisition, predominantly within an IT services business model.
  • Proven ability to hire senior and niche technology talent across Data, Engineering, Cloud, and FinTech domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence and manage senior leaders independently.
  • Sourcing expertise across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean/X-Ray techniques.
  • Solid understanding of current technology stacks and digital skillsets.
  • High ownership mindset; thrives in a performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization a plus.
