Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end corporate hiring across functions. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent aligned with business and culture, while delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for corporate / non-technical roles (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.)

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines

• Drive workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned to business goals

• Sourcing & Attraction

• Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and networking

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche and leadership roles

• Strengthen employer branding through consistent candidate engagement


Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring best practices, market insights, and talent availability

• Conduct regular hiring reviews and provide recruitment updates and analytics

• Ensure hiring process adherence and reduce time-to-fill

• Candidate Experience & Compliance

• Deliver a seamless, inclusive, and positive candidate experience

• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer rollouts, and negotiations

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and hiring guidelines

• Data, Reporting & Process Excellence

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and quality of hire

• Maintain recruitment data accuracy on ATS

• Continuously improve TA processes and systems


Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong experience in corporate hiring (non-tech) recruitment

• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals

• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment analytics

• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities


Behavioral & Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• High ownership, execution focus, and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset


Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field

• 15-18 years of experience in corporate recruitment (agency or in-house)

• Experience hiring across mid to senior levels preferred

• Exposure to high-volume or leadership hiring is an advantage
