Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience (TELUGU SPEAKING)
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in large manufacturing plants (Solar, Power, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Electronics, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience managing high‑volume and specialized manufacturing recruitment
- Exposure to greenfield projects or plant expansions is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Expertise in sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultancies, and regional channels
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, execution‑driven environments
- Data‑driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS platforms
- Preferred: Working knowledge or hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting modules)
Language & Mobility Requirements
- Mandatory: Telugu language proficiency (speak, read, write)
- Should be very good in excel and dashboards.
- Must be open to relocating to Visakhapatnam (Vizag) after one year
- Willingness to travel frequently across plant sites during the initial year
