Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • 6–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience (TELUGU SPEAKING)
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in large manufacturing plants (Solar, Power, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Electronics, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience managing high‑volume and specialized manufacturing recruitment
  • Exposure to greenfield projects or plant expansions is an added advantage


Skills & Competencies


  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Expertise in sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultancies, and regional channels
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced, execution‑driven environments
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS platforms
  • Preferred: Working knowledge or hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting modules)


Language & Mobility Requirements

  • Mandatory: Telugu language proficiency (speak, read, write)
  • Should be very good in excel and dashboards.
  • Must be open to relocating to Visakhapatnam (Vizag) after one year
  • Willingness to travel frequently across plant sites during the initial year
