Role Type : 12 Month Contract
Role Summary
We are looking for someone who can support Talent Acquisition operations while also contributing to AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives across APAC hiring teams.
This role goes beyond traditional interview coordination. Along with managing scheduling and candidate communication, the role will work closely with TA Operations on improving workflows, exploring AI-enabled solutions, and driving operational efficiency.

- Manage interview scheduling across APAC markets and time zones
- Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates for smooth interview coordination
- Deliver strong candidate experience through timely communication
- Support adoption of tools like MS Bookings, Copilot, AI workflows, and automation solutions
- Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support TA Operations projects related to AI, reporting, workflow improvement, and process standardization
- Maintain scheduling accuracy and operational SLAs
Must Have
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with calendars, virtual meeting tools, and operational processes
- Interest in AI, automation, HR technology, or process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities simultaneously
- Exposure to HR Operations, TA Operations, HR Technology, or Transformation projects
- Familiarity with MS Bookings, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar tools
- Tech / Engineering / Analytics educational background is a plus
- Exposure to AI-enabled Talent Acquisition practices
