- Hands-on experience in payments, collections, and liquidity products.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr).
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with SWIFT messaging formats (MT/MX).
- Exposure to digital banking portals and host-to-host integrations.
- Understanding of end-of-day (EOD), settlement cycles, and cut-off processing.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum testing environments.
