Job Title - Sr. Executive HR

Location - Andheri (Marol), Mumbai

Experience - 3 to 4 years

Salary - 5 to 5.5 Lakhs

What is your role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Executive - HR who will be responsible for managing 80% End-to-End Recruitment and 20% HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring expertise along with exposure to HR operations.

Job responsibilities:

1.Handle complete end-to-end Recruitment cycle for multiple positions across departments, including understanding manpower requirements from hiring managers and preparing job descriptions.

2.Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and internal databases.

3.Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with department heads and candidates.

4.Negotiate salary, release letters, and ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.

5.Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and closure reports.

6.Manage daily attendance and leave records through HRMS/manual systems.

7.Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new joiners.

8.Coordinate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and final settlements.

9.Maintain employee records.

10.Handle employee confirmation process, exit formalities, and full & final settlement coordination.

11.Support implementation of HR policies and address employee grievances in a timely manner.

12.Generate HR reports/MIS related to attendance, payroll, headcount, and other HR metrics.

13.Ensure compliance with company HR policies, processes, and timelines.
