About the Role:
Join EFS Facilities Services, a leader in integrated facility management, as a Senior Technical Recruiter. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and operational roles, focusing on high-volume hiring to support world-class facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire technical profiles in facility management (e.g., HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, BMS operators, fire safety experts).
- Manage blue-collar (e.g., housekeeping, security, maintenance staff) and white-collar (e.g., supervisors, engineers) recruitment with a focus on bulk hiring targets.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure quick closures while maintaining hiring MIS and compliance.
- Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and campus drives.
- Collaborate with site managers and HR to align on hiring needs and reduce time-to-hire.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in technical recruitment, preferably in facility management or allied sectors (e.g., real estate, hospitality).
- Proven experience hiring blue-collar and white-collar profiles; bulk hiring.
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai talent market and facility management technical skills.
- Proficiency in ATS, Excel for MIS, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills; ability to handle high-volume requisitions.
