Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions, from requisition understanding to offer closure
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and internal databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring plan and SLA
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and competency expectations
- Prepare and release offer letters, manage offer negotiations, and follow up till joining
- Handle candidate engagement, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and dashboards
- Support campus hiring, bulk hiring, and lateral recruitment drives when required
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure quality hiring
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and compliance standards
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements
