ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will support new requirements from the Kitchen & Bath business, specifically focusing on the analysis and management of project-related data.

The role is centered on leveraging data insights to improve decision-making, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable reporting for business performance and project tracking.

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on various projects/activities at Kohler India Technical Center in Pune
  • Support global business teams on various projects, analysis and data
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Requirements gathering
  • Coordination with stakeholders for alignments
  • Support in executing data related projects/activities on time by following up with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Conduct daily/weekly meetings, follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed
  • Assist in documenting and publishing project reports
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python) to create/build insightful reports and dashboards
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain data models to support project analysis and decision-making
  • Provide data-driven insights to support project planning and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements
  • Automate data processing and reporting tasks to improve efficiency using Macros/VBA/Power Automate/Power Query
  • Reporting and Continuous Improvement, ISO:
  • Ability to maintain, update, and structure ISO QA checklists
  • Perform monthly ISO quality checks and compliance reviews
  • Initiate and generate various reports (operational metrics)
  • Benchmark and implement various methods to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Be a part of the ISO team executing flawless project documentation

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    Required:

    • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Sound stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC, EMEA)
    • Proficient in Advance Excel and Power BI/Tableau
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience (including approximately 2+ years in a core Project/Data Management role)
    • Documentation skills, attention to detail
    • Knowledge of Process Improvement skills
    • Knowledge of ISO standards and PMO quality processes
    • Knowledge of Project Management skills

    Preference for candidates would be given if they have:

    • 6+ years of experience (including 3+ years in Data Management Related role)
    • Experience in Past roles in Engineering and/or Manufacturing is a bonus.
    • Data Management/Data Analytics experience preferred.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Power Automate/Python/Power Query/VBA/Macros
    • Data Analytics certification from a renowned University/Platform is an added advantage.

    Other Details:

    This is a 5days work from office role. Since the role would also include to support USA, China and Europe regions, the associate should have the flexibility to work in shifts that may range from 6 am-3:30pm or 3pm to 11:30 pm OR in regular India working hours. (Subject to change)

    Travel:

    This role may demand travel <30% domestic / international.
