Job Title: Sr. Associate (Business Analyst / Project Manager)

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mapping between Sub GL and Target GL accounts through detailed analysis
• Apply accounting policies across Finance General Ledger and Chart of Accounts
• Define operational accounting schemas across product lifecycle (new products, systems, standards)
• Gather and document business requirements aligned with project objectives
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess business impact
• Design and execute test strategies, including UAT validation and sign-off
• Perform validation of accounting entries and financial reports
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders for implementation

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Establish governance for GL/Sub-GL mapping processes
• Standardize account mapping framework
• Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL) and accounting
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Credit Risk, and Liquidity
• Experience in banking and financial services domain

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within the banking/finance domain
• Hands-on experience in GL projects, financial accounting, credit risk, and liquidity
• Experience working in global environments preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Education: MBA (preferred)

Important Note

👉 Candidates must have experience in BA/PM roles with General Ledger projects and strong exposure to Financial Accounting, Credit Risk, and Liquidity.
