Memory grants, parallelism (DOP), waits & latches
Locking, blocking, deadlocks, isolation levels
Partitioning & sliding window patterns
TempDB tuning and contention mitigation

Job Description
Strong skills in SQL internals:
Execution plans, cardinality estimation
Memory grants, parallelism (DOP), waits & latches
Locking, blocking, deadlocks, isolation levels
- Experienced in designing and tuning large scale databases
- Performance optimization experience using :
Partitioning & sliding window patterns
TempDB tuning and contention mitigation
- Hands on with In Memory OLTP, Columnstore, batch heavy workloads
- Ability to diagnose systemic issues, not just individual queries
Mandatory Competencies
Database - Database Programming - SQL
Database - Oracle - Data Modelling
Database - Oracle - Database Design
Database - Oracle - Performance and scalability
