We are looking for a skilled Project Lead with strong technical expertise in Java/Microsoft technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in web/mobile/enterprise application development and SDLC/QMS processes, along with excellent team and customer handling skills. This position requires 7-9 years of IT experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage project teams of 5 or more members and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on Java/Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Job Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in Java/Microsoft technologies is required.
- Experience in web/mobile/enterprise application development and SDLC/QMS processes is necessary.
- Excellent team and customer handling skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is expected.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
- Experience in testing methodologies and GIS applications is preferred.
- A B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/EE or MCA is required; any graduate can apply with 9 years of e-Governance experience.
