Job Summary:
K.R. Mangalam University is seeking a creative and dynamic Lead Social Media & Content Creator to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop content strategies aligned with the universitys branding and marketing goals
• Manage daily social media activities including posting, commenting, and responding to messages
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content for campaigns, events, and promotions
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay relevant
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns
• Handle influencer collaborations and digital campaigns when required
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5–6 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
