- Provide support to Process engineering team as an advisor
- Provide guidance to program manager, principal engineer & technical manager in the right direction
- Review deliverables of critical projects and documents the defects / lessons learnt
- Utilize technical expertise to secure more projects through ongoing and pilot initiatives
- Assist in evaluating the technical capabilities of team members
- Support training and competency development, including identification of training needs, development of technical training materials
- Actively support and participate in RCA investigations, identifying root causes, defining corrective and preventive actions, and driving closure with site stakeholders
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients
Work Experience
Qualification And Necessary Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
- 35+ years experience with refinery/ pet-chem background
- Background of Process Engineering and thorough hands on experience of Refinery/Pet-chem operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrates sound engineering judgment in solving moderately complex technical and operational challenges
- Contributes as a subject matter expert and mentor process engineering team
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams
