Your Role 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and workflows to ensure high-quality delivery of CRM solutions. You will work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to design and execute test plans that support successful deployments and enhancements.

Analyse business requirements and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications.

Validate custom objects, workflows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and APIs.

Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, payment gateways).

Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with Salesforce release cycles and sandbox refreshes.

Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.

 

Your profile 

2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative features.

Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.

Familiarity with SOQL, Apex, and Lightning components.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
