Administer Discovery schedules, reconcile results, and manage anomalies to uphold CMDB data integrity. Define and enforce CMDB alignment with CSDM and enterprise data models, ensuring accurate CI relationships. Integrate Discovery and Mapping with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, cloud APIs), using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to accurately map business services; engage stakeholders in reviewing and validating service maps. Monitor MID Server performance and scale deployments to match enterprise needs.
