Job Description
- Fully manages PISA change requests with GIT from initiation to implementation phase (KOT creation, modification & deactivation; Group creation & membership upkeep requests etc.)
- Design and optimize HR workflows aligned with organizational policies (task creation/approval flows) and SLA governance
- Participate in platform upgrades and testing activities; optimize lifecycle events and build, test & deploy HR service catalog items (KOTs – kind of tickets).
- Collaborate with stakeholders from GSSC Operations; GIT; CoE to understand requirements and obtain sign offs. Prepare regular update reports.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates
- Build SNOW reports for the purposes of GSSC OperationsRequired profile
- At least 3 years of previous experience with Service Now
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in/with HR processes would be an advantage
- Prince 2 or other relevant project management certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
