JOB OVERVIEW
The primary purpose of this role comprises of management, administration, support, upgrades and development of Study Group s ServiceNow platform. In addition to this is the need to work with relevant IT and business stakeholders to understand new use cases and requirements then develop and implement required changes to the platform. This is a global role and will require engagement with stakeholders in all regions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ServiceNow Development, Administration and Management
- Perform end user support as required to resolve issues and service requests, provide guidance, assist teams using the ServiceNow platform and resolve complex escalations where required.
- Conduct technical analysis on ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Provide specialist advice and coaching on how to use ServiceNow to ensure process compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow based solutions to the business through analysis, requirements gathering, prototyping, agile development, release management, configuration, security, reporting and analytics.
- Use new ServiceNow technologies to improve current business processes through machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Create and manage automated tests through ServiceNow s Automated Testing Framework to increase efficiencies when testing upgrades as part of their release schedule.
- Manage user access and licences according to ServiceNow s subscription model.
- Ensure applications and systems are upgraded to follow the latest release schedule, and ensure these are tested in non-production and test environments.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation and establish a catalogue of Knowledge Base articles and training materials for all tasks, configuration and solutions delivered.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Ensure internal relationships and communication are managed effectively.
- Ensure external relationships and communication are managed effectively.
- Interface with vendors as directed by the Head of IT Operations, Asia Pacific.
Governance
- Compliance to all relevant data protection, financial, taxation and legal requirements.
- Compliance to all relevant education sector requirements.
- Compliance to all Study Group policies and procedures.
- Champion Study Group s Corporate Social Responsibility and in particular Building Futures.
- Comply with all IT policies and procedures.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor degree in an IT discipline or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar/equivalent role
- Experience managing and developing ServiceNow ITSM/HR modules
- Experience managing and developing in ServiceNow App Engine
- Experience with general ServiceNow Administration and Development
- Experience delivering and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
