Position Name: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Minimum Relevant Experience : 6 + Years
Experience with ITSM/CMDB frameworks (ServiceNow CSDM preferred).
Business & Process Skills
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder interviewing.
- Ability to map business services, capabilities, and processes to underpinning systems (IBS mapping).
- Experience documenting BAU processes, governance flows, and operating models.
- Ability to define rules, taxonomies, and classification structures.
Governance, Risk & Resilience Skills
- Awareness of Operational Resilience & Disaster Recovery regulatory standards.
- Understanding of ownership models (support groups, service owners).
- Familiarity with audit, compliance, and data governance frameworks
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross team coordination.
- Clear written communication for reports, mappings, and taxonomy documentation.
- Ability to work independently on large data sets and cross functional tasks.
- Attention to detail and structured problem solving
Note: Candidate must have experience in Financial Services domains such as Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or related financial institutions/companies
