Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The recruiter will handle sourcing, screening, and hiring of top IT talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across multiple technology domains.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US hiring process, including tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), work authorizations, and US time zones.


Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and internal databases.

Understand client requirements and draft effective job postings.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

Negotiate salaries, hourly rates, and contract terms.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes (work authorization & immigration verification).

Update and manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment reports.

Collaborate closely with Account Managers/Delivery Managers to ensure timely closures.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

1–3 years of US IT recruitment experience (contract, C2H, full-time staffing).

Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

Familiarity with different work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN).

Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).

Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems).

Prior experience in a bench sales/recruitment/staffing agency environment.

Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
