Your Role

Seeking an experienced Senior Specialist with 5+ years experience to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex MDG migration and analytics solutions.

This role is responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution data migration, ensuring high-quality deliverables, data integrity, and alignment with overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, leveraging their deep technical expertise and delivery to drive successful outcomes and innovation.

Who You Are

• Strong data-migration background with hands-on experience in data migration using SAP BODS with IDOCs, BAPIs LSMW and BDC. Must have worked on S4 Hana Data Migration projects.
• At least 5-9 years experience working with ERP migration using BODS. Domain expertise for SAP Module - Material,Vendor,Customer. Experience in Data Quality module of Data Services. Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring cross-functional teams. Manage all aspects of data migration, including data profiling, extraction, cleansing, transformation (ETL/ELT), loading, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and minimal business disruption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, including domain leads, business process architects, support team to design and improve end-to-end processes for operations. Focus on cross-team and cross-project delivery, making sure multiple projects, products, and services are delivered in sync, aligned with business outcomes, and free of blockers
• Bridge gaps between product, technology, support, and business leadership, making the role broader and more outcome-driven
• Manage parallel workstreams, juggle stakeholders, balance business & tech priorities, sustain team performance. Lead Daily Scrum calls, align cross-functional teams, resolve blockers, adapt playbooks. Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement, conducting data analysis, and developing actionable recommendations as per the business standards
• Performs Quality reviews of the design in our tools. Provide established level of service and support of Qlik/BODS to ensure minimal business disruption. Using Qlik, BODS and MDG, design and develop dashboards and other solutions involving data.. Committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, best practices and should also remain flexible
• Sound knowledge of SAP Information Steward Components like Data Insight and Cleansing. Package Builder to create data quality rules and dictionaries to standardize the data.
  
  

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues related to project delivery, data quality

• Strong understanding of SAP Data Services with knowledge of relevant components including Designer, Job Server, Engine, Repository, Access Server, Administrator. Ability to design and implement SAP DS solutions and to create technical specifications
