The Senior Power Platform Consultant will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining innovative software systems to solve complex business problems. This role involves engaging in all stages of the software development life cycle, collaborating with end users, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Technology Awareness: Stay current with the latest technologies and trends, contributing new ideas and concepts to the team.
• Project Leadership: Lead projects, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deliverables, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Development Life Cycle: Engage in all stages of the development life cycle—analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support.
• Code Review: Participate in regular code reviews, offering suggestions and improvements.
• Quality and Timeliness: Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects, adhering to budgets and deadlines.
• User Collaboration: Work directly with end users from design to release and support phases, gathering project requirements and understanding business problems.
• Software Maintenance: Support and maintain the entire software base, addressing issues and bug reports promptly.
• Decision Making: Actively participate in feature and program discussions, balancing technical risks with project costs and deadlines.
• Estimates and Milestones: Help provide project milestones and deadlines and recommend actions to keep projects on track.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Required: 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in software development
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals – PL-900 (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate – PL-400 (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert – PL-600 (Preferred)

Skills Required

• Competency Areas: Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse)
• Development Methodologies: Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of Agile development

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
