Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire
• Build and maintain document templates, layouts, and dynamic content for customer communications
• Design and manage communication workflows and orchestration logic
• Perform data mapping, conditional logic, and SQLbased data handling
• Develop and modify macros, scripting, and configuration logic as required
• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance of communication outputs
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technical stakeholders during solution design and delivery
• Contribute to improving development standards, templates, and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) or Document Composition
• Handson experience with Quadient Inspire (design, configuration, templates, workflows)
• Strong experience in template design, document composition, and output management
• Experience working with SQL queries, data mapping, and conditional logic
• Exposure to workflow configuration, orchestration, and batch/ondemand communications
• Experience handling endtoend development of communication solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with highvolume customer communications (BFSI, Insurance, Utilities, Telecom)
• Exposure to print, digital, email, SMS, or omnichannel communications
• Experience working in enterprise environments or large delivery teams
• Platform or product certifications related to Quadient (preferred, not mandatory)
