We are looking for technically skilled candidates with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills for the Frontend Developer position. As a Frontend Developer, you willbe responsible forbuilding scalable and user-friendly web applicationsusing React, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating AI-powered experiences, and delivering high-quality frontend solutions that enhance user engagement and product performance.

Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
Convert UI/UX designs into clean and interactivefront-endexperiences.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features end-to-end.
Improve application performance, accessibility, and usability across devices and browsers.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
Contribute ideas that improve user experience, engineering processes, and product quality.
Stay updated with modernfront-endtechnologies, AI trends, and industry best practices.
Who you are & whatyou'llneed to succeed.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies, especially AI-driven applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communicationand stakeholder collaboration skills.
Attention to detail witha strong senseof ownership and accountability.
Passion for building intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
Ability to manage priorities and deliver within deadlines.
5-8 years of experience in frontend development preferred.
Tech Knowledge Required
Strongproficiencyin HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
Deep understanding of React concepts including Hooks, Context API,componentlifecycle, state management, routing, and reusablecomponentarchitecture.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development.
Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants to accelerate development and debugging workflows.
Experience withfront-endbuild tools and package managers such as Webpack, Vite,npm, or Yarn.
Understandingstate management libraries like Redux orZustand.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
Basic understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development practices is a plus.
