We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of standard internet protocols and diagnostic tools.

Roles and Responsibility

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, troubleshooting wide area networks, servers, routers, local area networks, and switches.


• Install or upgrade software and hardware, and perform SIEM monitoring.


• Respond to technical inquiries, log service and repair issues, and provide excellent customer support.


• Troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure, network devices, servers, and operating systems.


• Manage incident triaging, assignment, and basic troubleshooting, assigning incidents to L2 as needed.


• Work in a 24*7 environment to ensure seamless network operations.

Job Requirements

• B Tech / B.E in CS/EE/IT or MCA with 2 years of IT experience and certification in Networking.


• Any Graduate with 5 years of IT experience and certification in networking.


• Possess strong knowledge of internet protocols, SIEM monitoring, and 24x7 incident management.


• Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Have experience in installation, configuration, maintenance, incident triaging, and customer-facing technical support across Linux and Microsoft environments.


• Be familiar with diagnostic tools such as trace route, ping, and other cost-effective products for internet monitoring.
