Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in software development (backend/full-stack)
• Strong proficiency in Java with Python OR Java with C# (.NET)
• Hands-on experience in Spring Boot / .NET Core / Django / Flask (any relevant framework)
• Strong experience in REST API development and microservices architecture
• Good knowledge of SQL / database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Proficiency in Git, version control, and code reviews
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (containerization)
• Exposure to Kafka / event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React / Angular)
• Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices
