Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Recruiter who operates with a strong “hunter” mindset and thrives on closing hard-to-fill, Leadership and Sales roles. This role is not for transactional recruiters — it requires someone who can aggressively source, engage, and convert top talent in highly competitive markets.
You will play a critical role in building talent pipelines across Sales, Business Development, and Leadership hiring, while acting as a strategic partner to the business in solving hiring bottlenecks.
Job Description:
• Drive end-to-end hiring for niche, business-critical and Leadership & Sales roles with urgency and accountability
• Proactively hunt and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques
• Build strong pipelines for:
• Partner directly with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategy, consult, challenge unrealistic expectations, and push for faster decision-making
• Bring strong market intelligence — talent mapping, compensation benchmarks, competitor insights — to influence hiring plans
• Own and drive offer negotiations, anticipate drop-offs, and aggressively close candidates
• Identify hiring gaps early and course-correct with actionable solutions
• Maintain high velocity in hiring without compromising on quality
Skills Required:
• 7–10 years of proven success in Leadership and Sales hiring, with a strong track record in closing niche roles
• Demonstrated “hunter” mindset — relentless sourcing, persistence, and ability to convert passive candidates
• Deep hiring experience in the following areas:
• Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to provide solutions, push back, influence, and drive decisions
• Excellent negotiation skills with a high offer-to-join conversion rate
• Strong understanding of sales talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring challenges
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple high-priority roles, and deliver within tight timelines
