Role Overview

The Senior Recruiter – Manufacturing will be responsible for endtoend hiring for manufacturing operations, working closely with plant leadership and HR teams to ensure timely availability of skilled manpower. This is a pure manufacturing, plantside recruitment role focused on technical, engineering, shopfloor, and leadership hiring to support operational readiness and business growth.

The role demands strong onground recruitment experience, deep understanding of manufacturing roles, and ability to manage hiring in fastpaced, highvolume environments.


Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Talent Acquisition

  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for plant and manufacturing roles, including:
    • Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, PPC, Supply Chain

PlantFocused Hiring Support

  • Partner closely with Plant Heads, Functional Leaders, and HRBPs to understand manpower needs
  • Translate operational requirements into effective sourcing strategies
  • Support hiring across multiple shifts and operational structures

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Drive regional and local sourcing strategies for manufacturing talent
  • Leverage Telugu language capability to support regional hiring needs

Offer Management & Joining

  • Lead offer discussions, negotiations, and closures
  • Drive prejoining engagement to minimize dropouts
  • Ensure smooth joining and handover to HR operations/onboarding teams

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in manufacturing / plantbased recruitment
  • Handson exposure to technical and shopfloor hiring
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations and production environments
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Resultoriented, executiondriven mindset
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and evolving requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • Telugu language proficiency (spoken and understood)
  • Willingness to relocate to Vizag
  • 6–10 years of relevant manufacturing TA experience
  • Prior experience working closely with plant or operations teams
