About the Role
Cloudstaff is expanding in LATAM! We're looking for a high-performing Senior Recruiter based in Bangalore, India to support our U.S. clients (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/EDT).
This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiter with a strong background in high-volume hiring, fast candidate endorsements, and meeting strict SLAs. In addition to delivery, you will partner closely with Sales and Growth teams, playing a key role in supporting client acquisition by validating talent availability and contributing to winning new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based clients across various roles (IT, Finance, and other business functions)
- Deliver fast turnaround on sourcing and candidate endorsements, aligned with client expectations and SLAs
- Maintain strong performance metrics including time-to-fill, endorsement speed, and interview conversion rates
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS platforms, and proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct thorough screening and assessments to ensure high-quality candidate submissions
- Build and maintain active pipelines for volume and recurring roles
- Partner closely with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets
Sales & Growth Partnership
- Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to support new client acquisition and deal closing
- Provide market intelligence (talent availability, salary benchmarks, hiring feasibility) during pre-sales discussions
- Support bid responses, talent mapping, and sample candidate generation to strengthen proposals
- Act as a talent advisor to help position Cloudstaff competitively in new opportunities
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on U.S. clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SLAs, including time-to-fill and endorsement speed
- Experience in high-volume hiring environments (RPO, BPO, agency, or staffing)
- Strong background in recruiting for U.S. roles across IT, Finance, and/or business support functions
- Experience supporting pre-sales, talent mapping, or recruitment-led deal support is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to endorse candidates quickly without compromising quality
- Highly proficient in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both clients and internal commercial teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate talent insights into client value
Work Setup & Requirements
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and willing to work on-site
- Must be willing to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM North Carolina hours (EST/EDT)
- Self-driven, metrics-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, client-facing environment
