About The Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise‐grade applications. This role is responsible for driving end‐to‐end testing activities across system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and automation, while working closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams.

The ideal candidate is hands‐on, detail‐oriented, and passionate about building high‐quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Own end‐to‐end testing for assigned modules and releases across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles

Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases

Design, document, execute, and maintain manual test cases using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts aligned with acceptance criteria

Perform functional, integration, data, and regression testing on complex systems

Identify, log, and manage defects with detailed reproduction steps and impact assessment

Work closely with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution and re‐testing

Participate in release readiness, test coverage reviews, and go‐live sign‐offs

Proactively identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement in testing processes

Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in quality engineering

Required Qualifications & Experience

Must‐Have

6–9 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing

Strong experience in SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing

Hands‐on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)

Solid understanding of test design techniques and QA best practices

Experience testing data‐heavy, integration‐driven, or enterprise applications

Ability to work independently and manage testing activities with minimal supervision

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST‐Assured)

API and backend testing experience

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Experience in financial services, payments, or largescale enterprise platforms
