We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with skills to design, develop, and scale intelligent automation solutions across business processes. The role involves end-to-end Python solution delivery, mentoring junior developers, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, and contributing to automation standards, frameworks, and best practices.
Role specific
Python Automation & Advanced Integration
- Develop Python-based automations for:
- API integrations, File processing (Excel, CSV, PDFs, JSON, XML)
- Data extraction, transformation, and validation
- System orchestration outside core RPA tools
- Integrate RPA solutions with Python scripts, REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Build reusable automation components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate delivery.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms aligned with enterprise standards.
- Ensure automations are scalable, maintainable, secure, and compliant with internal policies.
AI / ML / GenAI Enablement
- Implement AI-powered automation components, including:
- OCR and Document Understanding (invoices, contracts, forms)
- NLP-based classification and data extraction
- ML-based validation, matching, and decisioning
Unstructured data interpretation
Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Process SMEs, Business Analysts, IT, and Infrastructure teams.
- Participate in process discovery, feasibility analysis, and effort estimation.
- Support UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Governance, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain PDD, SDD, technical documentation, and runbooks.
- Contribute to RPA governance models, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
- Stay updated on emerging automation, AI/ML, and hyperautomation trends.
QUALIFICATIONS TO PERFORM THE JOB :
Skills & competencies /Specific knowledge/ Abilities (including any physical demands)
- Advanced Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with AI skills :
- OCR and Document Understanding tools
- NLP and text analytics
- AI/ML integration within automation workflows
- Preference of hands-on experience on UiPath RPA platform (if any)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
- RPA and AI certifications (UiPath Advanced Developer, Azure AI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain).
- Experience in Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to mentor and technically lead teams
- High ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
