Role: Presales consultant/ Senior Presales

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Job Summary


We’re looking for a Presales Consultant who can bridge business needs with technology solutions, with strong expertise in bid management, consulting, and emerging Generative AI capabilities. This role will play a critical part in shaping client proposals, driving solutioning, and supporting sales teams in winning strategic deals.


Key Responsibilities


1. Presales & Solutioning


  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling solutions
  • Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with client business goals
  • Deliver impactful client presentations, demos, and workshops


2. Bid Management


  • Lead and manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses end-to-end
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (delivery, product, legal, finance) to build winning proposals
  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids
  • Develop reusable proposal assets, templates, and knowledge repositories


3. Consulting & Advisory


  • Engage with clients to identify business challenges and recommend strategic solutions
  • Conduct discovery sessions, gap analysis, and solution assessments
  • Provide thought leadership in digital transformation and AI-led innovation


4. Generative AI Focus


  • Design and propose solutions leveraging Generative AI (LLMs, copilots, automation tools)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create prototypes, PoCs, and demos
  • Stay updated on GenAI trends, tools, and enterprise use cases
  • Help clients understand ROI and business impact of GenAI adoption


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers

  • 5–10 years of experience in Presales, Consulting, or Solution Architecture
  • Proven track record in bid management and proposal development
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools, etc.)
  • Experience in creating client presentations, demos, and solution documents
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google AI, etc.)
  • Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom
  • MBA or equivalent business/technology qualification
  • Certifications in cloud or AI technologies
