Role Description: The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the organization's efforts to attract and hire top talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, while championing diverse and inclusive hiring practices across the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent.
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve hiring goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through candidate onboarding.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, networking, and employee referral channels to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and manage escalations effectively.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, turnaround times, and service levels to improve efficiency, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain quality standards.
  • Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support both niche and high-volume hiring needs.
  • Mentor and develop team members, driving engagement, retention, succession planning, and overall capability within the function.

Preferred Educational Qualifications:

  • MBA from a reputed college

Preferred Work Experience:

  • 12-16 years of recruitment experience in the BPO space
  • People Manager – Proficient in people management
  • Skilled in managing stakeholders and vendors

  • Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proven experience in coaching and upskilling recruiters to consistently achieve ambitious hiring targets.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on strategic hiring opportunities.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
