As a Senior Manager- Strategy -Enterprise & Functional Strategy (GS&R), you will lead strategic initiatives within our Strategy Consulting practice, focusing on corporate and business strategy consulting. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and transformation. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and industry knowledge to provide strategic advice, influence decision-making, and solve complex problems. You will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a senior level, driving overall project success. Growing as a strategic advisor, you will leverage your influence and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic planning and execution of corporate and business strategy initiatives
- Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive business growth
- Conducting comprehensive market research to inform strategic decision-making
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages through storytelling techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with strategic goals
- Identifying opportunities for business model reinvention and growth
- Providing client support by leveraging strategy consulting skills
- Validating the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and making data-driven recommendations
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Excelling in business strategy and strategic planning
- Developing go-to-market strategies and market research
- Utilizing storytelling to convey strategic insights
- Leading strategy consulting projects with a focus on growth
- Innovating business models for enterprise transformation
- Demonstrating strategic planning in corporate environments
- Driving results through strategic advisory and client support
