JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strong hands-on experience in either:
• Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, APIs, backend systems) OR
• .NET / C# (.NET Core, ASP.NET, Microservices)
• Strong understanding of:
• System Design & Architecture
• REST APIs & Microservices
• Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Database Design & Performance Optimization
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
  

GenAI Exposure

• Basic to moderate exposure to:
• Generative AI / LLM concepts
• AI integrations or AI-enabled applications
• Tools/frameworks like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc. (good to have)
  

Leadership Skills

• Experience managing teams of 7–10 engineers
• Strong stakeholder communication and delivery management skills
• Ability to balance technical leadership with people management
  
  

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 7–8 software engineers
• Drive technical design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise applications
• Provide strong technical leadership in Python or .NET technologies
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams for project execution
• Ensure coding standards, scalability, performance, and best engineering practices
• Mentor and guide team members on technical and career growth
• Participate in hiring, team planning, and performance management
• Work on modern engineering practices including cloud, microservices, APIs, and automation
• Contribute to GenAI-related initiatives, integrations, or AI-enabled features where applicable
  
  

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product engineering or enterprise application development
• Exposure to scalable distributed systems
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Prior experience working with AI/automation initiatives is preferred
