Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue through ATL and BTL advertising solutions by partnering with national and regional brands. The role focuses on delivering integrated marketing campaigns combining large-scale visibility with hyperlocal engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive ad sales revenue by onboarding and managing national and regional brands, along with agencies and SMBs
  • Pitch and sell ATL (digital, display, brand campaigns) and BTL (on-ground activations, society campaigns) solutions
  • Build customized integrated marketing plans for brands based on their objectives
  • Develop strong relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and media agencies
  • Execute BTL campaigns including activations, kiosks, and direct outreach
  • Coordinate ATL campaigns such as digital promotions and branding initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Integrated Marketing
  • Experience working with national and/or regional brands
  • Strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong network with brands and agencies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Background:
  • Experience in hyperlocal or on-ground activation-driven sales
  • Exposure to industries like FMCG, retail, real estate, or e-commerce
  • Experience managing both brand and performance-driven campaigns
