Role & responsibilities
Lead supplier negotiations and provide legal counsel for high-value IT transactions.
• Provide legal support for escalated agreements and issues, working with other attorneys,
business partners, and experts to ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson policies.
• Advise Procurement teams, including the Global Services Source to Contract organization
(S2C) on strategic legal and contractual matters, helping to develop, assess, and execute
sourcing strategies for products, services, and solutions. Ensure contracts meet business
requirements and risks are managed.
• Work with the Global Simplification and Innovation in Contracting (GSINC) Office to improve IT
contracting processes and templates, deliver training, harmonize documents, build playbooks,
and support process improvements for greater efficiency and quality.
• Provide and coordinate legal support independently, contribute to cross-functional teams, and
collaborate with colleagues on key contracting matters.
