We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications ( Infor Baan/ERP LN Techno-Functional Consultant )
The incumbent would bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions, and support Infor Baan/LN modules to join our Applications Development Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division Bangalore Team.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India
What you will do
- Collaborate with Business Analyst and users to analyze requirements, translating developing them into technical specifications.
- Provide end-to-end support for ERP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

What you will have
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Baan or Infor LN ERP systems
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or related domains.
- Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in Baan/LN tools, scripting, and reporting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infor LN latest versions and cloud deployments.
- Understanding of SOD and access controls. Experience with Sox controls, audits, and process walk-throughs.

- Familiarity with SQL, database management, and reporting tools.
