We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner to leadership in driving business performance and strengthening PL management In this role, you will take ownership of labor variance analysis, labor walk reporting, volume-rate impact assessments, FX impact calculations, and cost allocations across departments and regions You will also play a critical role in close activities, forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) This is a high-visibility position that requires strong analytical rigor, clear communication, and effective cross-functional stakeholder partnership
What you ll do for us
  • Lead FPA activities including monthly/ quarterly close, analysis and reporting for the respective function/ business
  • Work with Accounting during close process to ensure accurate entries and suggest reclasses, accruals as needed
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present PL monthly reporting package with variance explanations, headcount analysis, expense detail by vendor
  • Develop quarterly forecasts and bottoms-up budget, working with the Finance Manager and portfolio leaders
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights during forecast/budget process
  • Business partner with the GMs/ Functional leaders to drive analysis and tools for improved decision making
  • Develop and monitor core KPIs to track progression towards achieving operating plan and to drive both top and bottom-line performance
What you ll have
  • Experience: 6-8+ years of experience
  • Education: MBA or CA with 6-8+ years of FPA experience preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting / financial / operational principles: GAAP/ IFRS
    • Experience working with reporting and budgeting tools, NetSuite financial systems preferred
    • Experience developing analysis, reporting metrics and adept with AOP, quarterly forecasting, month end close/ reporting
    • Superior attention to detail, ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining view of big picture goals and initiatives
    • Experience within SaaS and/or Supply Chain industries preferred but not required
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to easily interface with various levels of management
    • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills (or Google Workspace equivalent)
