- LeadSquared, one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the CRM space, is hiring an In-House Counsel for its Bangalore office. The role is ideal for legal professionals with 36 years of experience in SaaS, technology companies, or law firms handling enterprise/commercial contracts and intellectual property matters.
- The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating enterprise agreements including MSAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts. The role also involves acting as the primary legal advisor for enterprise engagements, managing contractual risks, and supporting business stakeholders on escalations and negotiations.
- A major focus area is intellectual property management, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, licensing, and IP protection strategies. Exposure to cross-border commercial transactions and data privacy/regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Experience in creating contract playbooks, legal templates, approval workflows, and improving contract lifecycle processes is highly preferred.
