Key Job Objective:-

To support business cashflow & drive disciplined receivables governance by acting as a finance partner to Sales and AfterMarket teams, by overseeing timely realisation and pro-active management of overdue receivables.

To provide financial insights and performance visibility through robust MIS on receivables, analysis of working capital trends to support informed business decisions.

To ensure strong crossfunctional alignment and regulatory stewardship ensuring compliance with FEMA and regulatory filings with MCA.

Responsibilities:-

• Monthly MIS w.r.t accounts receivables / payables.
• Conducting weekly meetings on overdue AR.
• Collating collection plan from sales support.
• Liasioning with customer support team for smooth customer management.
• Closely working with After Market Team (AM) for monitoring Installation/Commissioning of machines / consumables to push sales for collection.
• SPOC for Sales and AM teams.
• Compiling Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) on monthly basis
• Will be involved in forecasting activity w.r.t Bad debts & commission provisions.
• Responsible for ensuring optimum working capital utilisation.
• Closely working with corporate secretarial team to ensure secretarial compliances and timely filing of ROC returns.
• Will be responsible for overviewing all submissions to Banks.
• FEMA / statutory compliances w.r.t to receivable and payables
• Handling agency commissions and tracking validity of documentation for payouts.
• Reconciliations of customer accounts.

• Improved working Capital by demonstrable reduction in DSO and overdue receivables through disciplined execution and escalation
• Risk & Compliance Control by timely regulatory submissions

Education & Requirement:-

• B.com + MBA Finance
• Inter CA
• 6 to 8 years experience
