Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Java Microservices Developer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to WSO2 API Gateway, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build, enhance, and manage secure RESTful APIs.
- Integrate services with WSO2 API Manager and handle OAuth 2.0 / JWT-based authentication.
- Implement persistence and data access layers using Hibernate/JPA.
- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and writing complex SQL queries.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and deployment support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and product management.
- Support application scalability, performance, and availability while contributing to CI/CD processes and containerization best practices (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Working experience with WSO2 API Gateway / API Manager.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security frameworks.
- Expertise in Hibernate/JPA and relational database development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle / PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server.
- Experience with REST, JSON, Swagger documentation.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Exposure to high-volume data processing and performance optimization.
- Basic knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
