Position Overview

Omnicom is leveraging Intelligent Automation to bring deeper intelligence and velocity to its clients and employees.  We have established a dedicated Center of Excellence, program management platforms and protocols, and partnered with Microsoft as a leader in the Intelligent Automation space.  We are looking to expand our team with individuals who have a solid technical and development foundation, and with a desire to broaden that into the exciting areas of Intelligent Automation.

We have a role for Senior Developer – IA. It is an opportunity to demonstrate your Automation and development Skills and knowledge using Microsoft Platform Automation System. This might be a great fit if you have similar experience and excited to be part of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of dedicated development POD for solution development and deployment and serve in a lead capacity for escalations and mentoring.
• Design automated solutions in accordance with CoE's leading practices and design principles.
• Development and unit testing of integrations between various end points.
• Creation of Model Driven Power Apps to replace existing integrations.
• Involvement in full life cycle of projects (including requirement analysis and system design, development and support if required).
• Support and work collaboratively with teams across areas of design, development, quality assurance and operations.
• Participate in meetings, scrums, and workshops as needed for solutioning and overall team connections.
• Working with global and offshore teams to architect and build new PowerApps and Power Platform technologies.
• Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.

Required Skills

• 7-10 Years of experience in .NET Development, APIs and Database Design & Development.
• 1-2 Years of experience in UiPath, MS Power Platform Technology (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Power Virtual Agents).
• Hands-on experience in Design & Development of Uipath, Power Apps (canvas, event-driven and model-driven) and Dataverse.
• Excellent knowledge of Power Automate desktop and cloud flow capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, with an understanding of the integration between Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Services.
• Understanding of data visualization capabilities, especially in the context of a model-driven apps and Power BI.
• Source Control (Git) and CI/CD experience.
• PowerShell & VBA experience is strongly preferred.
• Agile experience is strongly preferred.

Additional Skills

• UiPath Developer, PL400, PL900 Microsoft Power Platform developer certification would be added advantage.
• Azure certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with Azure environment configuration, and Power Platform connectors.
• JIRA experience is a plus.
