Role Overview Description

We are looking for a Data Lead to own our data infrastructure, improve and scale high-volume pipelines, and ensure accurate, actionable data flows from clients into our internal systems.

Youll work directly with clients to source and validate critical data, ensuring its complete, consistent, and reliable then reconcile it against performance metrics to support confident, data-driven decisions across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance our existing data infrastructure, with a focus on performance, scalability, and data integrity across high-volume pipelines
• Work directly with clients on data integration, validation, and ongoing monitoring requirements
• Oversee data ingestion, structure, and usability across our analytics and funding
• workflows
• Build alerting systems for data integrity and performance thresholds
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to support insight delivery and self-serve tooling

Skills and Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with a strong foundation in data architecture and cloud-based systems
• Deep expertise in Pyspark, SQL, Python, and modern data tooling (Airflow, dbt, Spark, Superset etc.)
• Proven experience improving and scaling ETL pipelines on platforms like GCP or AWS
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Prior experience in gaming, consumer app, or fintech companies is a plus
