Our mission is to protect the company s IT assets and manage the IT asset lifecycle effectively, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements. The Role:

• Identify, document, and report license compliance issues and recommend solutions for a fix.
• Maintain the accuracy of data in the Asset Management System according to SLAs; responsible for maintaining, updating, tracking, and reporting on all assets.
• Work closely with various IT groups responsible for different IT assets.
• Maintain software standards, validate product lists and maintece contracts within the asset management database. Coordinate software license and maintece agreement reviews.

What You ll Bring:

• 5 10 years experience in software compliance management
• Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of software assets
• ITIL Foundations Certificate and experience in a multicultural environment
• Familiarity with asset management tools like Flexera, ServiceNow (SAM/SaaS modules), Zylo, Productiv, etc.
• Strong skills in reconciliation, matching, comparison, and manual data reconciliation
• Experience reviewing contracts/agreements and interpreting them accurately
• Knowledge of software vendors and their products (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Atlassian, Zoom, Miro, etc. )
• Understanding of licensing terms, EULAs, PURs, and vendor changes
• Basic understanding of FinOps (Cloud), SaaS, and AI management
• Excellent people skills and ability to collaborate across teams, partners, and customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a great customer experience
