Your work profile
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion P2P modules including Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Payables
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications aligned with client needs and industry best practices
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions
- Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reporting requirements
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Key skills required
- 5 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 2 3 years in Oracle Fusion P2P
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement)
- Payables (Invoice Processing, Payments)
- Supplier Lifecycle Management
- Experience in at least 1 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Good understanding of business processes across Procure-to-Pay lifecycle
- Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
