Job Title: Scrum Master with Power BI Expertise (SAFe)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Power BI and SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing program increments, and enabling data-driven decision-making through Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Drive Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe frameworks
- Coordinate PI Planning, sprint execution, dependency management, and release activities
- Monitor team performance, sprint metrics, and delivery progress
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for project tracking and executive reporting
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity
- Support Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare status reports, KPI dashboards, and delivery insights for leadership teams
Required Skills:
- 69 years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile methodology
- Strong expertise in Power BI reporting and dashboard development
- Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps
- Excellent understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and Release Management
Preferred Skills:
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) / CSM / PSM certification
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with Agile transformation initiatives
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
