Roles and Responsibility

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.


• Remove impediments or guide teams to do so by working closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.


• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.


• Ensure the team is following best practices for software development life cycles.


• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality.

Job Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.


• Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating with stakeholders across different geographies.


• Familiarity with project management tools and technologies such as Jira or Asana.
