Job Description

Mission: You are responsible to provide more insights which will help business to the selling of Schneider Electric products/solutions and services.

Profile: Expecting highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile development team. The Scrum Master will play a critical role in guiding and supporting the team in their agile journey, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices, and facilitating smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

o Facilitate all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.

o Guide the team in creating and maintaining a product backlog.

o Remove impediments that prevent the team from delivering value.

o Coach the team on Agile principles, values, and practices.

o Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

o Ensure Scrum is understood and enacted.

o Assist with release planning and coordination.

o Facilitate communication and collaboration between the team and stakeholders.

o Track and report on team progress and velocity.

o Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Certified Scrum Master

• Tool knowledge like Jira and Confluence or similar to these

• Strong work ethics with high level of self-motivation and communication skill

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/MCA in any branch
