SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Project Manager with strong expertise in any of the core functional module (FICO / MM/ PPQM/ SD) to lead SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancement, BAU projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive business transformation through SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects, including implementations, rollouts,
• upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to define
• project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk management strategies, budgets, and
• resource allocation.
• Utilize indepth knowledge of SAP MM or SAP PP and QM modules to guide project decisions and solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration all SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, etc.).
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing (UAT),
• cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Provide business process improvements in financial operations, accounting, and
• controlling through SAP solutions.
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring project goals align with business
• objectives.
• Oversee change management, user training, and adoption of SAP functionalities.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, industry standards, and compliance
• requirements.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure ontime
• and within-budget delivery.
• Manage BAU team, be a point of contact for Business and other stakeholders, monitor
• system performance and ensure that system services meet defined SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5+ years of hands-on expertise in
• any one of SAP Functional module – SAP FICO / PPQM / MM / SD
• Experience in SAP project management, including implementations, rollouts, and support.
• High level understanding of cross-module integrations (SAP SD, FICO, MM, PP, and
• others).
• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology, Agile, or Waterfall project management
• frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, drive business transformation, and optimize
• SAP functionalities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Project Management (PMP) / SAP Activate - Certification Mandatory
• SAP certification in any of the functional module is Preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure with SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.
• Industry experience in Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods,
• Automotive, or Pharma.
